What payment term do you accept?

For new customers, we implement a progressive payment structure, requiring 30% upfront and the remaining 70% upon delivery. For existing customers, we offer Net 30, Net 60, or Net 90 terms, depending on the established relationship.

Will I receive DFM feedback?

Yes! Our team reviews your design to ensure it meets manufacturing requirements and provides detailed feedback to help optimize your product for production. We aim to support you in refining your design for the best possible results

How do you protect my IP/data?

At EMP, we prioritize the protection of your intellectual property and data at every step of the process. To ensure this, we thoroughly vet and select our manufacturing partners based on their commitment to security and confidentiality. All partners are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), ensuring that your sensitive information remains protected.

Additionally, we implement strict protocols to safeguard your data internally. Any identifiable information is stripped from the files you share with us before they are sent to our partners, minimizing the risk of exposure. We use secure systems for file transfer and storage, so you can trust that your IP and data are fully protected throughout the entire production process.

What file format do you support?

We accept all major 3D file formats, including STEP (.stp/.step), SOLIDWORKS (.sldprt), IGES (.igs/.iges), Parasolid (.x_t/.x_b), PTC Creo (.prt), Siemens NX (.prt), Autodesk (.ipt), CATIA (.CatPart), and ACIS (.sat). For 2D drawings, we prefer DWG,DXF and PDF files.
